- Decide what you need - make a list
of the icons you want.
- Find example images, if possible.
Screenshots, websites, old icons, etc.
- Be detailed! Give as much information
as you can.
Example: Let's say you order a horse icon. You tell us just "a
horse". In your mind, when you think "horse", you
see a brown horse, standing still, facing left. But our artist,
unfortunately, cannot read your mind. He creates an icon of a
white horse with black spots, running, facing right. You are not
happy with the horse icon, and we have to start over.
It would have been better if you had told us in the beginning
that you wanted "a brown horse, standing still, facing left",
and better yet if you included a sample or description of the
shade of brown you prefer. The most ideal would be a picture showing
the approximate horse image you wanted (but that is not required).

Rita will review it and get back to you with any questions. When
she is satisfied that she understands your project, she will give
you a final price, a time frame, and send you a link that you
can use for payment.
- When you decide to place your order,
you submit your payment, and then your work will be put on our
schedule. Please note that work is not scheduled until payment
is received.
